If the lid is covered while there is a foreign object inside, such as a screw dropped by the screw tightening machine, then the product will be considered defective. The IX Series can detect using height, so large foreign objects like screws can be detected with simple settings. It is also possible to exclude areas that contain certain tall parts like capacitors by applying masking settings in advance.
