The positive and negative sheet and insulating sheet should be positioned relative to each other when winding. Poor positioning in the cell after winding can cause short circuiting in the lithium batteries later. Detects at up to 490 μs and corrects meanders at high speed. Data can also be output in real-time for monitoring.
