Cell thickness measurement

Due to the thinness of each layer, it is necessary to measure with high precision to check that the number of layers is different. Cell specifications may change if the number of layers is different. Checks can be performed with the high resolution of 0.1 μm and high precision of 1 μm. Its small size facilitates easy installation and a long service life (200 million detections possible).
