Mylar sheet double blank detection

Overlapping two or more Mylar sheets may lead to packaging defects. Stable identification of the Mylar sheets with a laser sensor is difficult as the sheet is translucent and easily deformed. Using an image detection sensor, stable differentiation can be achieved based on the differences in transparency.
