The KEYENCE Smart Valve Manifold enables unmatched flexibility with its modular design. Utilize any size or valve type in conjunction with each other, eliminating the need for uniformity by foregoing a traditional backplate. Visualization and monitoring of the pneumatic system can be done easily with the pre-programmed software on all communication units, allowing for remote control and troubleshooting. Each valve is equipped with an M8 quick disconnect, allowing for communication of ON/OFF status, piston position, impact level, and stroke time that can be taken back over EtherNet/IP™, PROFINET, Modbus/TCP, and IO-Link. Identifying cylinder performance and remote operation of valves and sensors is easily achieved, streamlining installation and troubleshooting.

Reduce and Simplify Pneumatic Wiring
Wiring pneumatic cylinder sensors has never been simpler with the design of the SP-V valve. Each valve is equipped with a dedicated M8 QD connector to seamlessly integrate cylinder sensors that are installed on the machine. The dedicated connector removes the need for external IO blocks or additional wiring in the PLC. All outputs and data from the sensor will be taken back with the SP-N communication unit to decrease time on programming.
