I want to change the language.
This section explains how to change the language displayed on the touch panel.
With the VT5, you can change the string displayed on the same part, such as a nameplate or a text component, by setting multiple strings on the part.
Setting the change display text string function
1. From the menu, select [Resources] -> [VT system settings] -> [Text string display ON/OFF].

2. Select the “Use change display text string function” check box, and then select the check boxes in the “Used” column only for the languages to change between.
If you select the “Display text string ID specification” check box, you can change the display language during operation.

Setting the strings
3. For the nameplate or other item set on a part, set the string for each language to change between.
From the menu, select [View] -> [Editing/Translation for text string list].

4. The [Editing/Translation for text string list] dialog box appears. Use “Page,” “Window,” and “Parts” to specify the part to change the language of.
Select a part for which “Multiple” is displayed to select all the parts.

5. When you select one of the “Multiple” check boxes, the “Multiple” check boxes for all the parts are selected, and the strings are automatically translated into each language.
Check the translation results and correct them as necessary.
