I want to check the operation log on the touch panel.
The VT5 has an operation log function for recording the operations performed on the touch panel (switching the page, confirming value displays, etc.).
This section explains how to use the operation log function to check the operations performed on the touch panel.
Operation log function settings
1. From the menu, select [Resources] -> [VT system settings] -> [Operation log].

2. Configure the settings as shown below. For the logging targets, select the check boxes of the data whose details you want to check at a later time.
After configuring the settings, transfer the screen data to enable the VT5 operation log function.

Reading operation logs
You can use the following methods to check the operation log recorded in the built-in memory.
- Read and check the log from VT STUDIO.
- Save the log as a CSV (TXT) file on a memory card, remove the memory card, and then check it on a PC.
- Check the log on the VT5.
This section explains how to read and check the log from VT STUDIO.
3. Connect the PC and the VT5. From the menu, select [Communications] -> [VT -> PC Receive data] -> [Receive operation log] to read the operation log.
You can use VT STUDIO or spreadsheet software such as Excel to check the read operation log.
